1) What is the return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for store credits only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order reference number.
To start a return, you can contact us at quietlyclothed@gmail.com. Include your order reference number and state your reason for return. All returns will be accepted without question so long as it is in the same condition that you received it. Please note that cost of returns will be borne by the customer.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2) What if my item received is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3) The item is out of stock, will there be restock/pre-orders?
We're glad something caught your eye! Indicate your interest via email if you would like an item to be restocked, or for a pre-order to open.
4) Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship exclusively within Singapore.
